Nursing Educators Staff Competences regarding performance in Technical Institute of Nursing

Competence of performance is important in education and the whole generation nurses. Aimof this study was to assess nursing educators' staff competence regarding inTechnical Institute Nursing. Descriptive research design utilized. Setting: The wasconducted at Technical Nursing Health Benha City. Twosamples were used: Convenient sample for [n=38] simple randomsample students [n=279]. Three tools (I) A structure questionnaire assessdemographic characteristics both educators’ staff, knowledge nursingeducator about performance, (II): Observational checklist theirpersonal teaching skills (III): Students’ satisfaction questionnaire. Results: 44.7% thestudied educators their age from 30 less than 40 years with mean was38.08±9.12, 65.8% had good total scores regardingcompetence 55.3% them high level observation ofcompetence 46.3% highly satisfied educators'staff performance. Conclusion: There two thirds totalknowledge more half highlevel (personal teachingskills) competenceof Finally, there no statistically significant relation between educatorsstaff scores. Recommendation:Continuous up grading training courses field promote performancefor staff.
